this is great

My car got totaled. Hydroplaned in to the wall of the freeway and I have a pinched nerve. (sometimes my hands shake and can't stop). Going to PT and taking it easy............this is all i needed.

Could be worse.... I am in need of an effective OTC painkiller. I Doc prescibed Vicodin but i took one of those and thats the last one i will take. I hate the way it made me feel but i can see why some ppl get addcited. But not me.

Vicadent and Painkillers

Yes I understand. Painkillers (not Vicadent) is what had me so loopy when I attempted to coach in 2003. They wacked me out. However, taking a 1/2 tab of vicadin is not bad and I was able to work - it was the other stuff I took before that did me in. For Vicaden - wait until you get to work - take 1/2 to a 1/4 tablet. It will wear off in time for you to drive. Don't take another 1/2 until you are in for the night. It really, really, really helped with the pain - it was amazing. It also had the strange side effect of causing me to concoct marketing campaigns for every product that I liked and making me think I could be the next 30 something types from the tv show. But despite that I was able to focus on my work okay. The desire to market wore off with the medication.

Hey Thanks everybody for the words i really needed to hear them. I am feeling better and my pain is subsiding ( thanks genvc) that stuff packs a walop!!!! Tam the Vicadent is going to sit in the house. unless absolutely necessary.

but i am back in stride again
